Founded in May of 1997, The Iligan Learning Playhouse for Special Children, Inc., an affiliate of Cebu Learning Playhouse is one of the few schools of it’s kind that offers one-on-one teaching methods tailored to meet the individual learning needs of the special child, that are not addressed by other institutions.
